Looking for a fun (and free) Friday evening activity? Ready to try something besides the usual Friday dinner and a movie thing? Of course you are. And lucky for you, there’s a hip alternative happening at The Suburban Farmhouse this Friday, June 15, beginning at 5:00 PM. DPP is celebrating the release of our third (and arguably, best) literature anthology, EQUINOX, and we’d like you and a date to join us.
This live event (in-store reading and book signing) includes music by keyboardist Anne Brown. Kristin Bossert, EQUINOX (cover designer and Milton Arts Guild member) will be in attendance.
EQUINOX authors David Dutton, Dianne Pearce, Mark Polo, and Judith Speizer Crandell will each perform live readings. Open-mic readings will follow. NOTE: Open-mic space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you plan to participate, please arrive at 5:00 PM to sign-up.
The Suburban Farmhouse’s kitchen and coffee bar will be open throughout the event, so bring your appetite. A book signing will take place toward the conclusion of the evening’s activities.
Free DPP swag will be available while supplies last.
The Suburban Farmhouse is located at 108 Federal Street in Milton.
