If you wish to order additional copies of the anthology, the cost $6.00 per copy (60% below cover price). Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for US contributors whether you order 1 or 100 additional copies. If you are outside the US and would like to purchase additional contributor copies, please contact Dave directly since he’ll need to configure the shipping costs.
